My Holy Grail Hair Products!

I have thick, curly hair that can be extremely hard to manage. Here are some products that have helped me to gain some control over my hair!

First things first, as for shampoo and conditioner, I am a full supporter of the TRESemmé Smooth & Silky shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for over a year and I can honestly say that ever since my first use, my hair has been softer and less frizzy. (you're going to notice soon that I am a huge fan of TRESemmé)

So after I shower, I like to use a nourishing spray. My favorite is the Garnier Fructis Nutrition Spray. I spray a little bit when my hair is damp, and after it dries I spray it everywhere below my ear, since it has a tendency to make hair look a bit oily. THIS SAVED MY HAIR. My hair was always dull and dry and broken looking, and this makes my hair look super healthy!

When heat styling my hair, I always use my TRESemmé Heat Tamer Spray. This is the best heat protector I've used. It smells great and makes my hair super soft! I also use my TRESemmé No Frizz Ultra Light Shine Spray. I use a little bit before heat styling, and a bit afterwards to finish off the look.

So those are my favorite hair products. I hope you guys found this helpful! TTYL<3

Oh, by the way, I recently went to a salon to get my hair thinned out with a razor. If you have a salon near you that does that, I definitely recommend trying it out. I can actually wear my hair down now without it turning into a big, frizzy, puffy mess! If you have a Rodolfo Valentin salon near you, get your butt over there. You will thank me later!

This thing saved my life..

My daily face makeup routine consisted of foundation, concealer, powder, contour, highlighting, blush, and bronzer. Along came summer, and I decided that it was about time to lighten up on the makeup. I changed my routine to powder, bronzer, and blush. The only problem? My face looked as red as a ripe tomato! I didn't want to have tons of makeup on, but I wanted to have some of the redness covered. Finally, I found my solution. L'Oreal Studio Secrets Anti-Redness Primer. I put on a little bit of it before my powder, and I'm set for the rest of the day! The key is to use a small amount. Too much will make you look sick. This product has saved my life, and I can feel confident wearing barely-there makeup. Overall, definitely go out and buy this primer if you have redness. It's a life saver.

Best Summer Nail Polish!

I've recently been wondering, why is it that I can never find an OPAQUE light pink/nude nail polish? Well the other day, I found myself at CVS with a few good friends. Usually, I hate Essie nail polishes. I don't know why, but I've never had a good experience with them. But all of a sudden, my eye caught a certain color as I was passing the Essie isle. It was called Fiji. I tried it on, and one brush stroke gave me AMAZING pigmentation. I love the color. I've been wearing it every day. The only con: it is pretty streaky. I needed three coats to get a smooth color. But it was well worth it! It's lasted forever, and it hasn't chipped (just use a good base and top coat)

Overall, I definitely recommend this polish!
